The Institute produces "Best Companies to Work for" lists including, in the U.S., Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For® in America as well as equivalent prestigious lists in many countries around the world.

The Institute surveys employees and audits managerial practices and provides consulting to companies who wish to enhance their workplaces. Great Place to Work® also organizes conferences, workshops and seminars, and publishes books and papers.
