Batigam, complex on-line application for managing building maintenance Alliage is an engineering firm based in Marseille, France, expert in the management of the maintenance of building complexes for public adminstrations and private companies. Neteor worked closely with Alliage to transfer their paper-based system to a complex dynamic on-line portal. Behind a friendly and streamlined interface that guides the user and provides reporting at all times, this platform meshes a large number of dimensions: - User-completed audit of the configuration of their buildings
- Database of official building code regulations depending on the type of building
- Database of simple to complex maintenance tasks that must be completed with varying frequencies
- Recording by user of contracts signed with maintenance and inspection vendors
- Assignment of internal resources and task checklists for internal maintenance teams
- Charting and scheduling of contracts and inspections
- Recording of defects and warnings
- Financial charts and summaries
- Multi-tiered reports and audits for: building technician / manager of complex / owner of multi complexes
The application satisfied Alliage's need for a tool that dealt with all of the intricacies of their complex data model, while providing an interface that is easy to use and understand. The tool satisfied both end-users and managers who often need to oversee (and are legally responsible for) hundreds of building complexes. "Batigam" won a national prize for innovation in public administration. Within two weeks of going on-line, Alliage had already integrated 3 new clients on the application, each a public administration with dozens of building complexes (high school and junior high school campuses).
